Tatami Room on the Go!

TATAMI Tote Bag is a very unique eco-friendly bag, you can't find elsewhere. It is made with remnants of covers of Japanese traditional flooring mattress, tatami, woven soft rush straw. Yet it is not all about the design; it has realized "easy-to-carry" functionalities.

"Find the new by learning from the old." Tatami rooms have been rapidly disappearing from Japanese houses. Tote Bag was born from Grandma Fukuda's small idea and hope to make a great use of tatami created by trained Tatami artisans from Kumamoto, Japan. Enjoy tatami's fresh scent and its relaxing effect!

Shipment:Within 7 working days from the manufacturing factory.
Instructions and Directions for Use:1. Do NOT store under direct sunlight. 2. Please do NOT use water resistant spray when tatami parts are still green. 3. Please note that patterns may vary from the image due to that it is hand-made and fabrics used for each bag is carefully choosen and cut.
