Why not use local news papers to make an eco-bag?

NWSD-PAPER "PEPA BAG" and "WAKA BAG" are eco-bags made of Japanese news papers and glues. You receive an instruction to make your own PEPA BAG or/and WAKA BAG, printed on a stone paper*.

Under the mission to give new life and role to used items and byproducts, otherwise thrown out as wastes, NWSD (a coined word of "NEW" and "USED") project introduced this idea to a facility for the disabled located in Kiyose-shi, Tokyo, called Kiyose Wakaba-kai (NPO). They soon started to perfectionize and even made a different, smaller design, which is now called "WAKA BAG," named after the organization.
