Order products through eco+waza website (www.eco-friendly-japan.com).

 

Once the order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation of order by e-mail. Within three business days another email indicating the final total price including shipping fee / VAT (depending on your address) will follow.

 

The payment is to be carried out by credit card through Paypal which allows you to regulate via a banking server of Paypal in a protected environment.

 

Ecotwaza will send a confirmation of payment received through the Paypal by the purchaser.

 

After confirmation of payment, ordered products will be shipped within three business days. However, delay of shipment may occur in case of out-of-stock conditions.

 

The parcel can be subjected to customs duties and/or taxes to the importation to its arrival in the country of delivery. The customs duties are not included in the price, and are the responsibility of the purchaser, but it is very rare.

 

 

 

The ordered products will be directly sent to the mailing address indicated on the order form. Shipping will be by EMS outside Japan. Domestic delivery will be either by Yamato Express, Sagawa Express, Pelican Express or ordinary mail.

 

 

 

You have 7 working-days (as from the reception of the products) to make complaints. We accept exchange or refunding only when products are mistaken from original order. In the event of exchange or refunding, please communicate to us initially by e-mail or fax. The product has to be new in package of origin, intact, accompanied by all the accessories, notes of employment and documentations and sent back to the address that we give. In the event of exercising the right to return, Ecotwaza co., Ltd. is held with the refunding of the sums paid by the purchaser, including the return fee, the refunding fee (Paypal commission) and re-shipping fee. Refunding will be made within maximum 14 working-days after receiving the returned product.
