What is the pride of your hometown?

We are collecting articles and pictures of your wonderful hometowns. If your pictures are adopted, they will be published on our homepage and introduced to readers overseas. Your reports have a high possibility of bringing out brilliant ideas for the readers’ lifestyle, and of course it might be a big opportunity to promote your hometown itself.

【Theme】

「the pride of your hometown」

Ex, landscapes of your hometown (Only in Japan. Places not your address, and travel destination or your spiritual home are possible), customs, cultures, foods, products, ideas, companies, great figures, dialects, materials, old tales, music, castles, temples, history, travel, people, places, buildings, furniture, martial arts, festivals, and more


【Contents】

We requires the following criteria for your application:

1. Picture

2. Title

3. Name of your hometown

4. Comments of the picture (within 1000 alphabets)

5. Key words of the article (optional)

It is better to write comments in English. However, if you write in Japanese, Ecotwaza staff will translate it into English.


【Application procedure】

1. Image compression (less than 3MB, also width is 800 px)

2. Fill out all required sections in an application form

3. Send your pictures and articles. Complete submission!!

4. We contact you after the selection

5. If your contribution is selected, it comes on Ecotwaza Web (our homepage)


【Period for application】

1st period: Sep 1 – Sep 30

2nd period: Oct 1-Oct 31

3rd period: Nov 1- Nov 30


【Qualifications】

Anyone!!
Also, you can apply for as many pieces as you want.

【Way of selection and notice】

Ecotwaza staff will select the qualified pieces.
Pieces which are against public order and used for commercial purposes will be dropped from selection.
We only accept pictures which have yet been published.
We will send you an email within 1 month after your submission.


【Prize】

Selected pieces will be published on Ecotwaza Web.
We will decide the recipient of a prize from among selected pieces in December.
It is possible to communicate with readers on the comments section.


【Others】

We do not return your pieces.
Ecotwaza reserves the right to alter the pieces if needed.
